Shipment and Return

Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, using the carrier of your choice. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, which allow you to check the shipment status online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipment fees do not include insurance, if you like to insure your shipment, please specify them in the order instruction or contact us directly. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, therefore we strongly recommend insuring your shipment.

All items are located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Delivery time depends on the shipment destination.

Return

In general, purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable. However, when a product is found to be defective, you are allowed to return and exchange it with a same item, except in situation where the item is no longer available, you are allowed to exchange it with another item of similar price.

Return Procedures:

 

1. Please inform us within 3 days upon receipt of items, by phone or e-mail.

2. Return your item back to us within 7 days upon receipt of items at your own expense.

3. We will dispatch the exchange within 3 days after receipt of your return. We will cover all reshipment fees.
